Shipping Policy
All products will be packaged in appropriate and strong packaging to ensure the product is not damaged in transit with Australia Post or International Carriers.
All "Ready 2 Race" style number plates should dispatch on the next business day from when you place your order.
Custom number plates will dispatch within 7 business days as they are made to order and take time to design, print and produce.
Shipping times may vary and are dependant on Australia post and customers postal locations. Most parcels in transit with Standard Shipping take between 7-10 business days to reach their destination and Express Shipping parcels taking 3-4 days. Shipping times are approximate and are dependant on Australia Post. Shipping may take longer depending on the time of year being sent and for rural or country towns.
Production Times & Info
Once an order has been placed through our website please allow up to 7 business days for production and dispatch of custom number plates and products as they are made to order and take time to be designed, printed and produced. The 7 business days production time starts on the next available business day after the day the order has been placed and paid for.
Should the customer make a mistake on their order or shipping information causing a delay in the production or dispatch of their order, the customer will assume all responsibility for any delay as a result of this.
Seal Custom BMX Plates will not typically send the customer a proof or preview of your design prior to printing unless requested by the customer in the order notes of the customer's order. If requested Seal Custom BMX Plates are happy to provide a design proof prior to printing but any delay in production or dispatch of the order caused by this is assumed as the responsibility of the customer requesting the design proof.
