Our Story
From the founder, Nathan Seal.
Seal Custom BMX Plates was started in 2008 by myself (Nathan Seal) at 12 years old. In 2008 i competed in my first South Australian State Championships which i earned 4th in South Australia. Being happy with my first ever state ranking, i wanted a new number plate to show it off. Being 12 I didn't have enough money to buy one so i decided to make my own. People around the track saw my handmade number plate and asked if i could make them one. I made more plates and more people asked about them. I then worked on my production techniques over those next few years until i eventually came to have some of the best quality products on the market that you see today. In 2012 SCBP supplied for our first large scale events being the South Australian State Championships and the Australian National Championships. Since then we have been a valued supplier to many club’s, state organisation’s and BMX Australia/AusCycling’s number plate supply chain for events as well as a household name in the industry for individual rider’s custom number plates.
